Free Sparksee licences for research and teaching.

Sparsity is a DAMA-UPC spin-out; the engine started as a research prototype. Accredited researchers, lecturers and students use the full commercial engine at no cost.

How to apply

01Send the formInstitution, group, supervisor, and two lines on the graph you intend to build.

02We confirmUsually within two working days. We may ask what the data looks like.

03Licence and buildA twelve-month key plus the build for your platform, renewable while the project runs.

Academic programme

Apply for a free academic licence.

Sparksee is free of use for Academia purposes. If you are a teacher, PhD Student or a member of a University research group, apply for it!

In order to be able to apply for a free Academia license of Sparksee you'll need to provide a valid ID of your University or school. Please provide a photo of your ID card, or any other valid document that can certify that you currently belong to that Academic Institution.

This license is validated, so please expect a delay of a few days in order to confirm that the identification is correct.
